Great service and great deals they are very flexible with holding items until you are able to pick up. They also help load but don’t deliver. I will come back for more appliances in the near future.

My wife and I were looking for a refrigerator as our 5 year old insignia fridge went bad, we were shopping in wausau and couldn't find anything we liked for a decent deal and then happened to stumble on a fb marketplace place post from rapids outlet which had a fridge that we liked for a great price. The picture of it had the typical scratch and a few small dents but to our surprise when we got there the one they had was not the same as the picture and was in even better shape (which made my wife happier). I contacted them through fb and they got back to me very quickly and were very accommodating! The whole experience was great, we walked in found the one we wanted and within 20mns paid and loaded onto our truck and we were on our way home. Definitely recommend, was worth the 1.5 hour drive there and back!

My husband and I have been without a fridge for three weeks now as a certain big box store didn’t deliver the fridge we bought from them and wanted us to wait months for a new delivery date. We cancelled the order and came in today to see if we could find something. We really weren’t sure what to expect but boy were we ever surprised at how many great deals on barely dinged or slightly scratched refrigerators they had! We were able to find several that fit the space we needed and were shocked at how low the prices were. The model we ended up going with had several to choose from so we grabbed our tag and went up to pay. We were amazed to find out it had a manufacturer warranty and we elected to extend it by 4 years for a very competitive price. Do be aware, they do not deliver appliances so you need to have a way to bring it home yourself. We saved so much money, it wasn’t hard to justify renting a Uhaul quick to bring it home same day. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. Will definitely be back for a stove in the near future as we want to upgrade to an induction top and they were very reasonable. Definitely check them out before looking elsewhere. You might find exactly what you were looking for but for way less!!
